About: Nez-Perce Tribal fisherman and Oregon Licensed Producer with a mission to highlight Indigenous foods and economic prosperity in the Pacific Northwest.

Producing the best food possible through uplifting traditional foods and food systems, and keeping balance in the ecosystem:

- Fish Sales: Offering fresh, frozen, whole, or cut fish.

- Hot Food Vendor: Providing catering services and prepared foods at events, farmers markets, and restaurants.

- Farmer: Growing organic, fresh, seasonal produce primarily for restaurant supply and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) boxes. Also available to host field trips, playgroups, and small events on the farm.

- Educational Services: Offering classes on cooking, fish processing, and food preservation—often in collaboration with the OSU Extension Office and aimed to promote Indigenous food sovereignty and enhance food security.
